The system of national accounts is a framework used in preparing accounts in the measuring of the main flows relating to the production, consumption, accumulation and external transactions of the economy. These national accounts are compiled in accordance to the United Nations System of National Accounts Manual. The three methods of estimating Gross Domestic Product (GDP), that is, production, expenditure and income are employed. |
