Presents the quarterly current values and the quarterly volume indexes (1990=100) for the Gross Domestic Product at market prices, taxes on products, value added at basic prices, personal consumption, government consumption, gross fixed capital formation, stock change, exports and imports of goods and services. Two series of index numbers are calculated: based on the previous year and with reference to 1990 (1990 = 100). The linked series is seasonally adjusted by the X12-ARIMA, making it possible to calculate change rates in relation to the immediately previous quarter. The survey was started in IBGE in 1988 and was restructured in 1998, when its results were integrated to the current National Accounts System. The annual weights are obtained through this new accounts system. |
